LEGAL COLLECTORS

Candidates hopeful of joining this elite group of collectors must possess 3 - 5 years consumer collection experience in a 3rd party legal environment and supply verifiable industry references. Only applicants with the highest probability of success will even be considered for positions on this team.

Must be knowledgeable in the FDCPA, the NJ legal process in both venues and general collection practices. Testing will be conducted at time of interview to determine aptitude. Applicants have to be persuasive negotiators and shrewd conversationalists in order to obtain the best possible outcome for our high profile clients. Skip tracing and asset location skills are also required.

New collectors will have to earn their way onto the top earning commission desks but will be eligible for a monthly bonus after 90 days based on collections as well as medical/dental benefits, paid sick time and holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.

POST-JUDGMENT COLLECTION SPECIALISTS

Individuals with 1 - 3 years experience and verifiable industry references applying for this position must have a thorough background and knowledge of all post-judgment remedies available to effect collections in NJ as well as the paper trail and processes required to move the motions through both Court venues.

Must be knowledgeable in the FDCPA and general collection practices. Testing will be conducted at time of interview to determine aptitude. A professional phone manner is required to speak with Court Officers and Clerks and a calm mannerism will ensure success when dealing with recently levied upon defendants who contact the office.

We offer a competitive hourly wage and after 90 days you will be eligible for bonuses and benefits including medical and dental, paid sick time and holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.

LEGAL ASSISTANT

2 years general litigation experience required. Experience in a collection setting will be given preference. Applicant must be able to adapt to a quick changing environment and be a fast learner.

Candidate must possess strong organization skills to work in this diversified position. The ability to multi-task and work under deadlines is essential. Outstanding communication skills are necessary in order to deal with attorneys, clients and the courts. Must be familiar with complaints, interrogatories, motions and calendaring. Solid computer skills are an absolute must to work with all Microsoft programs as well as internal software systems. Data entry and typing skills are required.
